 i believe in learning how
to speak from our highest selves That we have to go places where no one really wants to go & look at things we really don't want to see to undo some shit we've been doing over & over again for decades that when u step out of ur comfort zone to deal w/stuff in ways that are different from ur parents that u finally make the huge leaps in understanding that the beliefs ur holding onto that no longer serve u are in fact holding u back but those places are not easy they're complicated & scary no one wants to go there bec it takes a lotta work get through that & in the system we live in if it doesn't make $$ fast, then it's not valuable much more economical to remain damaged I'm learning a lot abt my inherent value I always had a sneaking suspicion that what I had to offer was not fully valued but now I'm clear abt it bec I've stopped giving it away stopped giving time, energy, life to things that ultimately didn't celebrate what was important to me in that process, I found amazing allies, students, sages, espiritistas who taught me what it means to give the gift of urself to someone ur all out fierce self when u take a ride w/someone to figure out (not what i want to teach them), but rather, what they want to learn & how I can adapt what I know to fit what they need That exchange is incredibly powerful it's not something that many people want to go through that journey but i just realized, I'm not interested in people who don't want that journey not personally or professionally it's not that I don't like them they're simply not very interesting to me & since I only got a little while here in this realm, i gotta concern myself w/what interests me deeply, profoundly what makes me feel of use what makes me feel like there's sunshine on my face That's what my coaching writing retreats are abt the excavation of what’s beautiful inside of u so u can see the magic i see in u
