26 Things About U & Me

I'll start the ball rolling. Here are my 26 Things...


1. i worship ice cream....it is nourishes the soft side of me which doesn't get enough attention

2. i am 5'2" tall...yeah, unbelievable right...i have height envy

3. i am deeply, unequivocally in love....

4. i am spiritually and biologically afro-cuban....

5. i love kittens, puppies, small children...i love people i can fight for

6. i'm kinda shy and a little emotionally retarded but very loving

7. i'm super super sensitive

8. i'm am uber protective of those i love and very nurturing and loving


9. i have immense patience, understanding and compassion for people i love and very little for myself

10. i often feel misunderstood

11. i love life and it's abundance...

12. i'm learning about intimacy, listening and sharing and it's terrifying and glorious...

13. i weave pain into light

14. i love spirituality, i hate religion, i love people who stand for something, i hate people who only see the world through the limits of their own experiences...

15. i love expansiveness of thought...

16. i read a book a week and at least 2 or 3 scripts a week

17. i don't write as much as i would like, i'm afraid of writing

18. there is very little i'm afraid of except someone hurting my feelings...

19. it is difficult for me to ask for something for myself, but effortless to ask for something for someone else

20. i have best friends who love me better than i love myself...

21. i choose friends wisely and emulate them all the time...

22. i love love love not in any particular order: ron simons, marcus gardley, jung yun, jessica blank...just cause i think they are great human beings and i am honored that they love me...

23. i'm scared of a lot of things but fearless about doing them anyway...and i'm not nearly as confident as i seem

24. i love politics and art and emotionally open and fearless people

25. i love softness and people who create a space for intimacy with them...they are actually the only kind of people i like...people who love deep connection...otherwise, what's the point...

26. i am generally exactly who i say i am and because it took me so long to get here, i'm pretty proud of that...
