Anything that's not making your life easier in an immediate way is a distraction and u have to weigh how much u give to it in terms of time & money which are the same thing.
The time u spend managing difficult things is time you could spend doing things that give u joy & peace or making money that will free up your time for more joy & peace...
If u want something, i mean really want something (as opposed to complaining abt wanting it), it means u need to focus on that thing and everything else must go.
So when clients, tell me they want this one thing, but they're not will to give up doing all these unrelated things.
That tells me they're not truly ready or they don't really want this dream (they'd like to have it, but they're not yet prepared to sacrifice the little things in order to gain the life-changing dream...
And that's totally fine...it's the not knowing the difference that's the problem
