Healing

​It wasn’t until I stopped, unplugged and sat still for many moons that I was able to wrestle this demon down to the ground.  It’s still a struggle, but when I realize how much energy and peace i have, I understand why.

Not all legacies are worth repeating.

“The level of urgency you feel when it comes to the desire to change or “fix” another person is in direct proportion to the level of urgency your soul feels to heal itself. 

We’re istening to the urgency, but the location is misplaced. The habitual pattern to project and deflect is difficult to break. You get the catharsis of complaining minus any of that pesky accountability. 

However, if growth and healing is a priority, It’s time to fill out a change of address form and place the focus where it belongs, on the life with which we’ve been primarily charged; our own.
