Journaling Accelerates Your Ability To Manifest Your Goals
As part of your morning creative burst, use your journal to review and hone your daily to-do list. Review and hone your life vision and big picture goals.
As you read and re-write your goals daily, they’ll become forged into your subconscious mind. Eventually, your dreams and vision will consume your inner world and quickly become your physical reality.
- Benjamin P. Hardy
I've realized those times when I was taught to be resilient, strong and long suffering were moments I got to make a different choice: to choose life, to choose my right to ease, to being cared for, to being supported. And whenever these moments came up, I was able to create a plan to get what I needed by activating my morning pages.
Everyone journals, but activating your dreams, turning fancy into reality and action is a whole different kettle of fish. And years after my Ted Talk on learning how to ReWrite Your Story using my DreamingOutLoud Technique, I was still using the same lessons.
I currently have two long term clients who I'm working with on their memoirs. One is an actor and the other is a corporate mother of three who figured out she deserved more from this life. They came to me not only because I could write, but because I had mastered the skill of using my storytelling to change my life. Our work together has taught me so much about the power of writing or journalling which is simply writing without an agenda.
It's tapping into the stream of consciousness that sends us red flags. clarity, warnings to be brave or to avoid. Once you move those conflicts and fears onto the page and out of your head, you begin to create a roadmap to transform your life.
To that end and with the encouragement of several of my clients. I've decided to lend my knowledge to help folks find some healing and refuge during this time.
I will be teach 3 FREE mini-classes that focus on journal writing. I will guide a small group of dreamers and thinkers on a journey. The "How to Do the Thing that Scares You" mini course is brand spanking new which is why I'm offering it for free to get a sense of what you need and how I can shape my skills to your needs.
