4th rule of non stressful dating, do not search for anybody on online dating, post your add and wait for the gold...do not respond to form letters, "hey", "ur hot", u pretty...if the message could have been written to anyone, then it wasn't written to you and that's how you'll be treated. So instead of filling your profile with all these things you "don't" want, fill it with terribly specific things about you that will give a man something to respond to that let's you know he's taking the time to find out who you are....

i.e. when someone references my pema quote...at the very least, i know he's been through the fire and done some work...stay specific and shine your light...people in darkness can't handle all that light....
