The Outer Reality is a Direct Manifestation of Your Inner Reality: You can't manifest what you don't believe is possible

Translation: Your inner truths define the way you see the world...I'm learning the power of intention.

I'm learning that the inner reality creates the outer reality.

I'm learning that what I believe, my thoughts, wishes, hopes, fears and dreams are what create what ultimately becomes my life, my reality.

And most everything in life is about the fundamental law of attraction or the world vision Don Miguel Ruiz writes about in The Four Agreements. 

We create our reality, but first it begins in our heads.

What we believe to be true is what ends up being true.  

That applies to both good and bad. 

I'm beginning to feel that in my life all over the place: asserting what I know to be true and what I'm capable of even if everyone else's reality says that's impossible. 

Years of therapy taught me that the subconscious is the least known part of ourselves but exerts the most force. 

It's least known because most of us are too afraid to go there.  

I actually visit there not always comfortably, but definitely necessary and frequently...I do an internal assessment of any fear-based behavior that stops me from living right now, from believing that the universe holds ultimate good for me.

That my path, just like yours is unlike anyone else's on the planet...and it's meant to be that way...

Staying open to that is my mission. Every now and then, the dark side rears it's head saying, that's crap, but then the universe sends me a gift like a trip to Morocco where I found my sun and a guest star on an awesome TV show with wonderful creatives.  

That's when I know...I am manifesting...

When I am focused on my intention without any attachment to the outcome, but with the greatest "expectation of good." as I wrote so many years ago in Liberty City.

No matter what it looks like...

This is the stuff I was figuring out in my TedTalk. Those DreamingOutLoud steps are about recreating your inner reality, questioning beliefs that no longer serve you and having the expectation of good. 

We each deserve to find our own sun.
